El Riyad Castle company contracted with Concord Hotels International, to provide hotel management services and residential activities in Valore El Thawra

The contract was signed by Wassim Taha, CEO of El Riyad Castle Company, and Saymon Penhaligan, Concord Hotels International Group resident manager, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Abd El Meguid El Riyad Castle Founder and the Parliamentary member, and Tarek Eid, member of Board of Directors of El Riyad Castle Group, and Mutee Esmail, the Chairman of Concord Hotels International Group.
Tarek Eid, El Riyad Castle Group member of the Board of directors, said that the contract includes providing hotel services and management of residential activities for “Valore El Thawra” project, in addition to hiring hotel units to project clients, which benefits the company and project’s clients.
He added that this contract contributes to maximizing the investment returns for clients, as it offers a real estate product that suits the needs of the local and foreign clients, which leads to increasing the number of tenants for these units and thus achieving a renewable investment return for clients from these units, pointing that the client can benefit from his unit with renting it, in order to achieve an investment return.
He added that the project is a residential, hotel, administrative, medical, and commercial project, located in the best location on the main Street Al-Thawra, directly and next to Almaza City Center, and it is located on an area of 28,800 meters, and includes commercial, administrative and residential hotel units, in addition to commercial and entertainment activities, and the company began implementing the project last month, in order to be delivered within 3 years.
Mutee Esmail, Chairman of Concord Hotels International Group, stated that this contract reflects El Riyad Castle keenness to provide a distinctive real estate product with international standards, especially within Concord Hotels Group provides distinguished hotel services for residential units under the five-star system, in addition to hiring hotel units to project clients, which maximizes the investment value and return on investment for the project’s clients.
He assured that the group aims to provide a distinguished hotel management service with international specifications in “Valore El Thawra” project, similar to the rest of its projects, especially since all the engineering designs and plans of the group reflect its keenness to choose the best designs that keep pace with international engineering designs in hotel facilities, pointing that services, and global management will be provided for the project, after completing its implementation and starting of operation.
He noted that the group has experience in the integrated management of the hotel and residential projects, and also owns and operates Concord Hotels Group, Concord El Salam Hotel in Heliopolis, Concord El Salam Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, Concord Sports Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and Concord Marsa Alam Hotel.
